To initiate a quote for the works, please provide the following:

 

• Provide a Safety Audit Brief, as per Appendix C of DMRB GG119 (An outline copy can be provided on request). – Ensure this is agreed and signed by the Overseeing Organisation.

• Supply Collision data in Excel format. (This can be obtained by PaRS Engineering at Clients cost).

• Drawings: supply 1 hard copy set and an electronic set as per the Road Safety Audit Brief.

• PaRS Engineering to agree the Road Safety Audit Brief and provide an electronic quotation.

• Settle invoice to initiate works.

(Where required by the Road Safety Audit team, specialist advisors shall be approved by the Overseeing Organisation. A specialist advisor shall be independent of the Road Safety Audit team and highway scheme conception, design, construction and operation)

• The Road Safety Audit team will jointly undertake a site visit.

• A report will be written in accordance with DMRB GG119, approved between the team members and signed.
