To initiate a quote for the works, please provide the following:

• Provide a Safety Audit Brief, as per Appendix C of DMRB GG119 (An outline copy can be provided on request). – Ensure this is agreed and signed by the Overseeing Organisation.

• Supply Collision data in Excel format with a full year’s data since the opening of the scheme (This can be obtained by PaRS Engineering at Clients cost)

• Supply a plan detailing the extents of the site.

• PaRS Engineering to agree the Road Safety Audit Brief and provide an electronic quotation.

• Settle invoice to initiate works.

• A report will be written in accordance with Design Manual for Roads and Bridges - GG119.
